There went summer
May. 8th, 2006 03:52 pmI had a somewhat lovely weekend even if our bbq was somewhat damp. I also didn't have any free time to go see the giant elephant and I couldn't summon up any enthusiasm at all for the European GP. Almost everything else was good though.
I dutifully loaded up various webpages today to catch up on the weekend's job postings and am somewhat distraught to discover a complete lack of anything worth applying for. I'm beginning to dispair just a little bit, time to start pondering that career change mayhaps. So following that failure I've spent the day watching tv and playing Darwinia. There are worse ways to spend a monday.
In other news, Thunderbird's spellchecker sucks. I realise 'relavent' is a poor piece of spelling but the suggestions of lavendered and Bonaventure weren't really very helpful.
