shuripentu's birthday celebration. It was a smidge cold and the zoo was full of pesky little noisy people but made a nice day out. London Zoo seems a bit pathetic compared with some of the other zoos I've been to recently, but it should be better in a few months when animals stop hiding from the cold and when new enclosures open. The new buttefly house they have is quite stunning.
