Anyone got any good recipes for savoury muffins? The poofey variety (like blueberry ones) not the flat variety (like McMuffin ones).
I've run out of carrot cake and my chai tea latte is almost finished too. This could be a long afternoon.

I think I shall try the courgette ones, but probably skip the mini muffins - they seem somewhat complicated and I don't have a suitable container.
